In this timely course you will earn how to prescreen a home for moisture and practical solutions for dealing with issues; learn how to differentiate between mold problems and media hype and learn how to better address moisture and mold concerns with your clients. 

Buyers Protection Group, the Southeast’s largest property inspection company, offers the course described for the benefit of real estate Agents and Brokers. Each of the courses can be presented for three hours of Continuing Education credits. The Georgia Real Estate Commission has authorized BPG to operate as a school to teach Continuing Education Courses.
